One of my favorite times to brunch is first Sundays at the Peached Tortilla! The Peached Tortilla hosts an exciting, and arguably most Instagramable, brunch called Shakes, Bubbles & Burgers.

The event incorporates local collaborations usually partnering with bakery or the likes to make for the ultimate stacked delicious shake! Pictured is the Peached Tortilla + Round Rock Donut Milkshake collaboration with pomegranate vanilla milkshake playfully rimmed with pop rocks topped with Round Rock donut and drizzled in honey. In addition, they have a full bar to include Japanese whiskeys and a fine selection of wines. Notably, the brunch bubbles are refreshing and come at an approachable price point.

Well the drinks are not the only ones to steal the show at Peached Tortilla all! Besides the mouthwatering full brunch menu, the Peached kitchen serves up their famous burgers (hello Japa Jam Burger) and their incredibly addicting fries during this epic brunch event.
