Sunday (day 2) at @austinfoodwine Festival was a blast!
I started off the day with BBQ from @heb @mainstreatfoodhall as well as a taste of wine then headed over to the adorable wine airstream for a wine tasting + reading with @louisjadot. @dobbeswinery was pouring their sensational wines (love their Pinot Noir wines especially).
Then we visited the @discoverpuertorico tent for the perfect refreshing cocktail followed by got behind the scenes of @olamaieaustin & Early Bird biscuit collab.
@stellaartoisusa airstream was serving up their beer & some fancy fries that hit the spot. We also kept cool with sweet treats around the festival.
I learned so much from Chef Diego Galicia & Rico Torres of MIXTLI as they broke down all things mole.
We also caught a portion of Austin Chef Jo Chan’s demo. The chef demos were so engaging and informative.
Some of my favorite bites were from the firepits. SONYA COTÉ of HILLSIDE FARMACY and ALLIE MCMILLAN of ATX COCINA truly impressed. And @wuchowaustin wontons were hit.
It was great to see the @garrisonbros and @deepeddyvodka repping Texas!
