The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival has unveiled details for the popular feature, Burgers, Bourbon, & Barbecue, a celebration of Texas hospitality and ranch lifestyle. The festival’s elevated lounge experience brings together signature southern flavors, sights and sounds, and offers sneak peaks of businesses to come for the ultimate venture into the heart of Texas. Exciting pop-ups and experiences include: Allens Boots – An Austin-born icon, and now with a location on Fredericksburg’s prominent Main Street, Allens Boots will be rolling in their Airstream filled with premium boots and hats. They will also be offering boot shining, hat shaping, and exclusive hat branding and customization services for festival-goers looking to add a personal touch to their western wear. Fredericksburg Cast Iron – Recently highlighted in Southern Living, Fredericksburg Cast Iron will host a pop-up showcasing their artisanal cast iron cookware right inside the lounge. Attendees will enjoy an interactive experience with these high-quality skillets, known for their Texas craftsmanship. Hill & Vine – One of Fredericksburg’s most beloved restaurants, Hill & Vine will be grilling up mouthwatering smash burgers on Fredericksburg Cast Iron skillets for a flavorful and interactive cooking demonstration emblematic of the Texas Spirit. Garrison Brothers Bourbon – America’s first legal bourbon distillery outside of Kentucky, Garrison Brothers will be serving up neat pours and handcrafted mini cocktails out of Hill & Vine’s eye-catching and Instagrammable VW bus, affectionately known as “Das Bar Bus.” Eaker Barbecue – A Texas Monthly award-winning BBQ joint, Eaker Barbecue will be on-site cooking up its hallmark mesquite-smoked barbecue to make mouths water. Bariay 1492 Cigar Lounge – Guests can relax and enjoy a refined atmosphere at the on-site Cigar Lounge from Bariay 1492, offering the perfect pairing for the flavors of bourbon and barbecue.
