Chef Amir Hajimaleki’s Roya pop up celebrating Nowruz will take place at District’s Anderson Lane location this Thursday, March 20 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Transforming the space for a night, they’ll be serving a five-course menu to celebrate the holiday. The menu features Chef Hajimaliki’s takes on traditional Persian dishes enjoyed during the holiday celebration. Limited seating available!
MENU:
- Persian Mint and Cucumber Cooler: Cucumber infused gin, sekanjabin, cardamom bitters, mint, richard’s rainwater sparkling, and nárange
- Koofteh Sabzi: Capra lamb, basmati rice, fresh herbs, caramelized onion & tomato glaze
- Royal Egg: Savory egg custard, caspian osetra caviar, labneh, and chive blossom
- Kuku Sabzi: Herb frittata, preserved lemon labneh, pomegranate & zereshk caviar, and cucumber dalar
- Aash Reshteh: Capra lamb neck, kashk, and caramelized onion, wheat noodles, fried garlic and mint
- Sabzi Polo Mahi: Saffron rubbed wild gulf snapper, sabzi polo ‘risotto, tahdig, and nárange buerre blanc sauce
- Latifeh: Rose chantilly cream, and pistachios
