AUSTIN, TEXAS (AUG. 21, 2025) – Tickets are now on sale for the 14th annual Austin Food & Wine Festival, which takes place Nov. 7-9, 2025, at Auditorium Shores. Austin Food & Wine Festival is presented by C3 Presents and is one of Texas’ most beloved annual food festivals. The weekend celebration of food, wine and spirits will welcome top-tier talent from across the country. Tickets are now on sale at austinfoodandwinefestival.com/tickets.

The festival will spotlight a lineup of local, regional, and national chefs, restaurants, and wine and spirit experts over three exciting days this fall. For the first time, a limited number of tickets to the Friday night Made In Texas event will be available for individual purchase. On Saturday and Sunday, attendees can savor signature bites from local Austin restaurants, enjoy engaging cooking demonstrations with top chefs, dynamic wine, beer, and cocktail tastings, and more. Returning favorite festival events include the Fire Pit, featuring bites hot off the flame, and a Hands-On Grilling session available for add-on, led by chef Tim Love. The Friday night Made in Texas event offers Texas-inspired bites from acclaimed chefs and live music, with access included for VIP ticket holders or available through individual ticket purchase.
Showcasing an exceptional lineup of local, regional, and national chefs throughout the weekend, attendees will have the opportunity to sample specialty creations by renowned chefs from across the country. Complementing the food experience, a selection of sommeliers and experts in wine, beer, and spirits—including Anthony Giglio, sommelier and contributing editor to FOOD & WINE magazine—will enhance this year’s Austin Food & Wine Festival offerings, with more to be announced.
CHEF DEMOS
Festival attendees keen on learning from the pros can listen in on demonstrations from top chefs, including Tiffany Derry (Roots Southern Table and MasterChef Judge); Tristen Epps (Top Chef Winner – Season 22); Tiffani Faison (Big Heart Hospitality and Chopped Judge); Kevin Fink and Tavel Bristol-Joseph (Pullman Market and Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group); Lorena Garcia (CHICA Restaurants); Fabio Viviani (Fabio Viviani Hospitality); and Joshua Weissman (Cookbook Author and YouTuber).
MADE IN TEXAS
The Friday night dine-around event from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Long Center Terrace is dedicated to all things Texas and the diversity of its people, cuisines and ingredients. This year’s Made In Texas chefs include Derry, Epps, Faison, Fink and Bristol-Joseph, Garcia, Viviani and Weissman, as well as Ali Clem (la Barbecue); Diego Galicia (Mixtli); Sarah Heard and Nathan Lemley (Foreign & Domestic); Fermín Núñez (Suerte); Amanda Rockman (Rockman Coffee + Bakeshop); and Jam Santichat (Thai Fresh).
FIRE PIT
The Fire Pit portion of the festival features food hot off the flames and the opportunity to meet with pitmasters and chefs cooking over fire. Enjoy exceptional barbecue and other dishes cooked over an open flame and get firsthand advice from the pros. This year, Chef Jason Dady (Jason Dady Restaurants) will curate the Fire Pit chefs for Saturday, Nov. 8, and Chef John Bates (Interstellar BBQ) will curate the group for Sunday, Nov. 9. CHEF SHOWCASE
At the heart of the festival is the Chef Showcase, celebrating Austin’s rich culinary landscape by featuring a vibrant mix of beloved longtime favorites alongside exciting new restaurants. HANDS-ON GRILLING
For the ultimate Austin Food & Wine Festival experience, attendees can add the Hands-On Grilling experience at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Auditorium Shores. For this pre-festival cookout, attendees will cook a delicious meal on a charcoal grill while Chef Tim Love gives pointers on how to become the ultimate grillmaster.

Hands-on-Grilling with Chef Tim Love:
Tim Love’s ultimate hands-on grilling party hosted at Auditorium Shores kicks off the Festival on Saturday, November 8. Attendees will share a charcoal grill with a partner and prepare their own meal as Chef Love offers tips for how to become a grilling expert. Hands-on-Grilling is exclusively offered as an add-on to any festival ticket.
