Made In at Austin Food & Wine Festival 2024

Celebrating the incredible flavors of Texas at the Austin Food & Wine Festival’s Made In Texas event!

From Amanda Turner of Olamie Austin, each Chef showcased the best of Texas cuisine with their unique flair. The dynamic duo Diego Galicia & Rico Torres from Mixtlicloud also impressed with their creativity. Shout out to Antonia Lofaso (Dama & Scopa Italian Roots). Kudos to Berty Richter (Ezov) and Chris Krinsky (Ramen Del Barrio). Claudette Azepeda (Chisoa Hospitality) did an amazing job. Evelyn Garcia & Henry Lu (Jun Houston) impressed everyone.

Gangster (RedFarm) was outstanding. Jennifer Hwa Dobbertin (Best Quality Daughter) and Jonatan Gómez Luna Torres & Mikel Alonso (Mexta) stood out. Kevin Gillespie (NÀDAiR) shone brightly. Rebecca Masson (Fluff Bake Bar) and Tyson Cole (Loro, Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) were exceptional. 🍷 Cheers to all the culinary talent making Texas shine! Already looking forward to next year’s flavors.
