Hayashi\’s menu has something for everyone from vegetarians, folks that prefer their steak, the kiddos and sushi lovers alike. My husband recently did a photo shoot for Chef Lin at Hayashi Sushi & Grill and lucky me got to partake in tasting some of the amazing dishes from their new menu. I already knew I love love love Hayashi\’s Cedar Park roll and looked forward to tasting some of the other menu items.
Hayashi has an amazing Mango Chilean Seabass atop sauteed spinach with mango miso sauce. Another popular entree is the mango chicken which has a hint of mango & honey. A great option for sushi newbies is the Virgin roll with baked Chilean Seabass, mango, avocado wrapped in soybean paper accompanied by strawberry & mango sauces (pictured below).
Hayashi has many vegetarian options beyond seaweed salad and edamame. Some of the vegetarian options are organic baby Greens, organic spinach chips, vegetable gyoza, baby button mushroom tempura, vegetarian delight roll and much much more.
Hayashi has innovative cocktails and an excellent happy hour. Hope to see you there soon!
