Full Disclosure: I attended a complimentary tasting during a preview of the new menu at Dock & Roll Diner. All opinions are my own.
Dock & Roll Diner food trailer celebrated their 5 year anniversary by debuting exciting new coastal seafood specialties! We had the opportunity to preview the menu and were impressed with their delicious coastal bites. Here is a first look at their enticing new menu items.

| Guac Lobster, Crab Bruschetta and Grilled Shrimp Taco at Dock & Roll |
Guest have their choice of grilled or cornmeal-crusted Shrimp Tacos topped with a refreshing slaw, sweet charred corn, a delightful jalapeño-ginger-garlic Tsunami sauce, fresh lime and cilantro, Dock & Roll house dressing and scallions.
One of the shareable plates we thoroughly enjoyed is the Guac Lobster which is the perfect mix of fresh Maine lobster served with house-made guacamole, savory chicken-fried bacon and tortilla chips.

Crab Bruschetta, with fresh Maine crabmeat lightly seasoned and served atop buttered toast is one of my new favorite bites off the new menu.

For the smaller appetites there is also the new Lobster and Crab Sliders.
For heartier appetites try the Southern inspired Buffalo Shrimp Peaux Boy, with buffalo-sauce-dressed fried shrimp, zesty buffalo coleslaw, and scallions, served up proper on a po’boy sandwich.
If you like fish tacos you will lover theirs with grilled Mahi Mahi, pineapple slaw, Tsunami sauce, lime and cilantro, or with a fried seasonal fillet, slaw, Dock & Roll tartar sauce, lemon and scallions.
The Fish & Dips Basket with fried seasonal fish strips and a choice of tartar sauce, remoulade, malt vinegar, buffalo or spicy tartar sauce is the perfect meal for fish Friday.
Other featured menu items include the Fish’wich, Fried Shrimp Basket, the Maine Crab Roll, beer-battered lobster claws and a Combo Meal for the kiddos.
Additionally, as part of its new coastal comfort food menu, Dock &Roll will serve up seasonal seafood specials highlighting fresh scallops, crab and other oceanic delicacies.
