JewBoy Burgers Food Truck will be serving up juicy burgers and frying up savory potato latkes starting next week. East Coast born and Texas raised Mo Pittle brings us his JewBoy Burger, a Mexican diner style burger on an oversized potato bun. He celebrates his roots and upbringing in the kitchen where he blends together some of his favorite flavors. The menu, although eccentric, is approachable, comforting and delicious.

The JewBoy burgers are perfectly cooked and are a generously portioned 1/3 pound freshly ground beef burgers with onions grilled into the patty with melted cheddar on a fresh oversized egg bun. Other enticing variations include The spicy Oye Vay Guey Burger with added green chilies, grilled jalapenos and jack cheese; CCQ Burger with Homeboy Chili con Queso; The Goyim topped with crisp bacon, rich pastrami with melted Swiss on Texas Toast; The Jewish Princess topped with classic potato latke.

Non-burger options include their savory Potato Latkes, Meatless Jewboy which is a grilled cheese and green chilis, the 1/4 pound grilled Round Footlong served up on a burger bun and the Homeboy Chili con Queso with chips. Mo\’s version of the Potato Latke is an absolute must try with chopped onion & garlic, Ricotta & jack cheeses, bacon, green chilies and green chilis.
