El Burro Serving Up Delicious Cuisine and Refreshing Cocktails at Lamar Union

El Burro offers vivacious cuisine with modern Mexican flair and Tex-Mex in the Lamar Union complex on South Lamar. The menu has local and fresh ingredients paired with a casual inviting atmosphere. Just a few of the perks dining at El Burro include free valet after 5pm, online ordering for pickup and a killer happy hour from 4pm-6pm Monday through Friday. We spent a beautiful afternoon el fresco style and enjoyed a delightful meal on the patio. With ties to the renowned Vox Table, it is no surprise that the cuisine, cocktail program and the team at El Burro are nothing short of amazing.  Here is a taste of our incredible experience:

Chips, Salsa and Guacamole at El Burro

Starting off with El Burro\’s zesty salsa and the equally addicting creamy guacamole is an absolute must. We ended up requesting a second bowl of that fabulous salsa.
