PDQ (People Dedicated to Quality) lives up to its name providing quality food made fresh and served with a side of extraordinary hospitality! All of the dressings and signature sauces at PDQ are homemade everyday and the fries are freshly cut in the restaurant. While their delicious golden chicken tenders put them on the map, they serve up fresh creative salads, savory bowls, exceptional sides, hand-spun milkshakes and more. PDQ proved to set the bar high in fast casual dining during our recent visit to explore some of their enticing new seasonal dishes.
The new summer menu offerings include 3 mouthwatering sandwiches, 3 savory bowls, 3 delicious sides to include sweet potatoes and 3 exquisite salads. We indulged in the delightful Garden Citrus Salad, incredible Smokehouse BBQ Bowl and the flavorful Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich.

I loved the burst of flavor of the Garden Citrus Salad. This perfect summer salad is a fabulous mix of quinoa, spinach, broccoli, edamame, almonds, blackeyed peas, sweet potatoes, grape tomatoes, tossed in a brightly flavored lemon vinaigrette and topped with tender grilled chicken breast.

The generously portioned Smokehouse BBQ Bowl is full of southern comfort! This hearty bowl has crispy tenders dipped in house-made honey BBQ sauce, crisp Pederson\’s all natural bacon, addicting fried pickles, creamy smoked Gouda, succotash, roasted sweet potatoes and scallions on perfectly cooked basmati rice and drizzled in their BBQ ranch sauce.

The splendid Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich has Teriyaki glazed grilled chicken topped with melted Tillamook pepper jack cheese, Pederson\’s all natural bacon, slices of juicy grilled pineapple and Sriracha slaw. The sandwich is perfectly balanced by the sweet tangy pineapple and the hint of spice from Sriracha mayo.
