Who is ready to celebrate Octoberfest for a cause?! Jack & Gingers Irish Pub is hosting a Samuel Adams ROCKTOBERFEST benefiting Austin Pets Alive! on September 23. The event is taking place from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will feature serving up Oktoberfest food for purchase to include Bangers and Mash, Jumbo Local Pretzel, Shepherd’s Pie and Oktoberfest beer. Entertainment will an exciting live music lineup on an outdoor stage, a stein hoisting competition, live graffiti mural art painting for auction and prizes, and more!
During the event, there will be a live auction benefitting Austin Pets Alive for four “VIP Balcony Seating Areas,” which will be awarded to the top donors. Each “VIP Balcony Seating Area” will include two free beer tickets, two Samuel Adam shirts, and two glasses. Additionally, Austin-based artists, Lucas Aoki and Cody Schibi, will be live painting murals that will be auctioned off, with proceeds also benefitting Austin Pets Alive.
There is no cover charge to attend the Rocktoberfest celebration, and the event is both family-friendly and dog-friendly.
