ALIGN Austin is a quaint airy studio in a converted house just West of MoPac. The studio offers Barre, Boxing, Pilates and mediation. I took 4 boxing classes this past month and crushing hard on this energetic, full body workout.

The Barre Code is a well rounded studio with a variety classes that focus on strength, cardio and restoration. Shake it off in the traditional Barre Code class, get energized with the Brawl and TBC or stretch it out in a restorative class.

The 45-minute group kickboxing classes combine heavy bag work with body weight exercises around intense training intervals targeting core, legs, butt, and arms.

Kor180 is a community and studio that promotes overall health, well being and encourages you to live inspired. There are several calorie blasting classes to choose from that incorporate cardio and resistance/strength training using their custom reformers. Classes include: 30 or 45 minute Ryde (cycling) classes, Reformer classes, Mixed (30 minute Ryde/30 minute Reformer) and Mixed+ (45 minute Ryde/30 minute Reformer).
