Toast and Roast |
Full disclosure: I received complimentary tickets for the event. The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas gives back to the community in many ways and they will always have my support. I do love the Toast and Roast event and highly recommend attending.
I have had the pleasure of attending several of the incredible events with Wine & Food Foundation of Texas to include the Toast & Roast since its inaugural year! For the third year Toast & Roast will take place on the gorgeous grounds of Stonehouse Villa and will showcase some of Texas\’ finest wineries. The WFFT is thrilled to partner with Texas Monthly for an exclusive tasting of Texas Monthly’s \”Top Texas Wines of 2017!\” At this year\’s Toast & Roast they will announce the Texas Wine of the Year and guests will choose their favorite wine from the list in this year\’s Fan Favorite contest. Guests will have an opportunity to sip and stroll tasting the best Texas wines while enjoying a farm to table feast from local restaurants to include Foreign & Domestic, Greenhouse Craft Food, Parkside, Noble Sandwich Co., Restaurant Gwendolyn and Il Forno Pizza. This is the perfect event to explore incredible Texas wines in the gorgeous Hill Country! When you find new favorites you can add them to What\’s My Wine app where you can track the wines you love, find where to purchase them at places like HEB and the app helps finding wines you enjoy by making recommendations based on your palate. The app is a personalized wine assistant!
