Summer of Ceviche at La Condesa

It\’s back!  La Condesa has officially kicked off its annual Summer of Ceviche. During Sumer of Ceviche La Condesa features a rotating ceviche special every two weeks between now and Labor Day weekend. Summer of Ceviche showcases fresh local produce and sustainably sourced seafood to guarantee the freshest ingredients available. Each rotation of refreshing ceviche specials will highlight a regional style of preparation.

I dined in and tried two of the current offerings and was delighted by both the gorgeous presentation and flavor of each mouthwatering bite. The brightly flavored ceviches are creative and beautifully balanced. Here is a look at the first week of offerings at La Condesa Sumer of Ceviche:

The delectable ICA Ceviche has tender cuts of mutton snapper in a delightful peach-habanero purée, Fagan Farms chiles, sweet potato, celery and Hausbar mint. I loved this dish so much, I would easily enjoy this all summer long.

The equally impressive LIMA Ceviche has amberjack, leche de tigre, Fagan Farm Summer Squash, shaved shallots, sweet peppers with a hint of heat from Fresno chili and ginger.

In addition, La Condesa is featuring additional special sides and ice creams such as the coconut sorbet that are simply perfect for summer.
