Delectable Weekend Brunch at the Brewer\’s Table

Brunch at the Brewer\’s Table

Full Disclosure: I received a complimentary brunch experience at the Brewer\’s Table. All opinions are my own.

When meeting up with fellow foodies the question \”What is your favorite new restaurant in Austin?\” comes up often. The Brewer\’s Table is a frequent response which made me even more excited to dine in for brunch. Often times brunch is an after thought at restaurants, this is clearly not the case at the Brewer\’s Table! This community focused restaurant takes pride in everything they do, from the handsome restaurant with open kitchen, beautiful beer garden, in-house brewed beers, house made mixers, exceptional cuisine and phenomenal service. And they somehow pull it off without pretentiousness.
Walking up to the restaurant, the first thing that stood out was outdoor games and cozy sitting areas that perfectly fill up spaces leading up to the hangar style building. To the right is a covered \”lager garden\”, providing outdoor dining perfect for el fresco dining or place to chill with a cold brew. There are misting fans in the hotter months. Seating options are endless, stylish bar seating, open kitchen diner seating, comfy booths and 4+ tops tables. Also, make sure to make your way upstairs for the best view (besides perhaps the open kitchen seating) in the house.
Beer Nuts at the Brewer\’s Table
We started our feast with these super addicting, ad hoc mix of not your average \”beer nuts\” and cold beverages. This was the perfect way to start our meal and get a taste of the exciting spin and magic that Executive Chef Zach Hunter practices in the kitchen.
Hearth Burger at the Brewer\’s Table

The Hearth Burger has earned rave reviews and with one bite I understood why. This stacked burger has dry aged beef, mushroom mayo, raclette, a delightful buttered roll with addicting s+v chips.

Pretzel Croissant at the Brewer\’s Table

The Pretzel Croissant is hands down my favorite dish (so far) at the Brewer\’s Table! The most perfect croissant with a literal twist, is plated with the most heavenly rich beer cheese foam, and a rotating accompaniment.
Deviled Eggs at the Brewer\’s Table

Not your ordinary Deviled Eggs, these beauties are layered smoked chicken liver mousse, egg yolk jam, chili aioli.
Summer Bean and Barley Salad at the Brewer\’s Table

These seemingly Summer Bean and Barley Salad packs a lot of flava. It has Appalachian blue barley, heirloom calico peas, summer veggies and a flavorful tomato ranch.
Zest Bloody Mary at the Brewer\’s Table
I absolutely love their Zesty Bloody Mary made with 1876 vodka, house bloody Mary mix and lemon with a chili salt rim while my friend was obsessed with their unique house brews.
House brewed Beer at the Brewer\’s Table
The house brews have  hints of flavors from the kitchen like the Beets By Drew with notes of earthy, smoke kissed, roasted beets, mint  and the easy summer peasy drinking beer Common Lager, their flagship beer, described as harmonious, biscuit, with cascade hops. Head Brewer Drew Durish is doing incredible things and their creative beers pair exceptionally with the cuisine but guests are also more than welcome to grab a seat at the bar or Lager Garden and enjoy a cold one by itself as well.
Beer and Bubbles at the Brewer\’s Table

In addition, the bar program offers an exceptional wine list with wines ranging from the Texas High Plains, California and France.

The delectable brunch menu is available both Saturday and Sunday.
