Con \’Olio, Photo By Amy Drohen
Con \’Olio Oils and Vinegars is a locally owned tasting bar and shop that was founded in 2009. Founders Jeff and Tabatha Conarko were inspired by and found their passion while traveling Europe and getting a taste of quality oils and vinegars. The boutique shop has an intimate feel making it a unique and personable experience. I have personally taken their Oils 101 class and learned so much from it. The team is a wealth of knowledge and sampling is highly encouraged. The Fusti storage containers properly preserve the high grade oils. They ensure authenticity by bottling directly from the Fustis which have both the harvest date and chemical-testing results listed. The fused and infused olive oils easily liven up a dish! The brightly flavored Meyer Lemon olive oil, the Spanish Oro Bailen Picual Olive Oil, Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar and the delightful Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar are just a few of our favorites. Looking to pair an oil and vinegar together? Stop in and ask the team for recommendations and experiment at the tasting bar.
