Full Disclosure: I attended a complimentary friends and family dining experience at Sway Thai. All opinions are my own.
We are excited to celebrate the Thai New Year at Sway Thai! For a limited-time Sway Thai is offering a special Songkran menu during dinner service from through April 20th at all three Sway location. The menu features featuring limited-time dishes like waterfall beef and cured chicken + duck fat rice. See the full menu here: swaythai.com/menus/songkran.
We dined in to try the exciting new menu and were blown away by each mouthwatering dish. Here is a look at some of the incredible dishes we enjoyed at the Rock Rose location:

The mouthwatering nom tok neua is a perfectly cooked char-grilled JT2 pasture-raised bone in ribeye, thai chili, fish sauce, basil, mint, lime. The generously portioned ribeye is one of the best steak dishes that I have tasted.

We could not get enough of the kra pao gai is stir fried chicken, caramelized soy sauce, chili vinegar topped with fried egg. This dish is a must order!

Mango lassi sundae at Sway Thai |
We ended things on a savory sweet not with the delightful mango lassi sundae. The perfectly balanced dessert has forbidden rice pudding, mango lassi frozen yogurt, mango cloud and topped with crushed peanuts. Sway always nails dessert so do make sure to order one or two!
