Aji – Horse Mackerel from Japan
Saba – Norwegian Mackerel from Norway

Botan Ebi – Sweet Prawn from Alaska
Gyu – Angus Beef
Tanin Blue – Uni, Santa Barbara (My Favorite)
Anago – Sea Ell from Tokyo, Japan
Tamago – Japanese Egg Omlette
The sushi offerings change, however Chef Masa, Také and Kayo like to end things on a sweet note literally with their branded Tamago. The perfect punctuation to end a delightful sushi experience.
More About: The team behind the new creative concept are Masazumi Saio formerly of Uchi, both Takehiro Asazu and Kayo Asazu owners of Komé.
