Traverse City Whiskey Co. is an independent and locally owned distilled spirits company based in Traverse City, Michigan, that’s dedicated to producing approachable premium to super-premium whiskey and bourbon. Known as “The Whiskey of the North,” the upstart company draws upon its early family roots in the distilled spirits industry dating back to the late 1800’s, sourcing all grains from the Midwest. Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged for 4 years, and easy to drink bourbon with notes of vanilla. This is their OG recipe.
North Coastal, a smooth spirit with notes of cherry and pepper.
American Cherry Edition, (a group favorite and their best seller, is a pleasantly delightful whiskey that is beautifully balanced.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Proof, a 58.3% ABV, notes of caramel on the nose and hints of salted caramel flavor wise.
Straight Rye Whiskey Barrel Proof 56% ABV, uncut, at full barrel strength with a bit of spice.
