Xolovino is a monthly, experiential wine club that goes back to the basics of why we all enjoy drinking wine: for the camaraderie. Each month, we will host educational wine classes that will feature producers, farmers, winemakers and anyone in the general sphere of wine. Our emphasis will be on natural wines and having a chingón time.
We are hosting Rae Wilson of Wine for the People this month, which is sure to be a fun, delicious and educational pachanga. She makes 100% Texas wines and the pairings will be from her limited La Valentía label available through her wine club. Guests will get a taste of exclusive, small-production wines and an opportunity to join the club.
