Food is only one part of Izakaya, it is a drinking establishment that also serves food. The atmosphere is a relaxing place to enjoy sake and share small plates with friends. Dojo infuses their own sakes which they use for both sake bombs and creative saketini type cocktails. In addition to sake they also carry beer, wine and a Japanese Whiskey.
Tonight is their grand opening and is celebrating with a cooking competition, sake tasting, origami, paint a sake carafe and live music. Check out their website for the schedule of activities: Dojo\’s website
