Now that we survived Thanksgiving and our wallets might be a bit lighter from the madness known as black Friday, here are some sushi specials that wont leave you broke. As a bonus I listed a must visit bake sale benefiting our community.
Austin Bakes for Austin, benefiting the victims of the recent floods in Austin, will be taking donations for delicious baked goods. The event is from 11 am – 2 pm on Saturday November 29th. This organization has thrown other successful bake sales to benefit the victims of the tragedy in West, TX earlier this year and raised money for relief efforts in Japan in 2011. The baked goods are coming from some of our communities\’ best bakeries and home bakers in the Austin area. Come out and support your community!

Saturday November 29th Cho Sushi\’s Steiner Ranch location is celebrating their 4 year anniversary. Special include 1/2 off all sushi and makimono rolls, $5 gyoza and calamari, discounted drinks, wine tastings and a raffle.

Roll on Sushi Diner is offering happy hour all day on Saturday November 29th. They will also be offering their epic \”sushi wasted\” all you can eat menu for $24.95 on Sunday November 30th starting at 4 pm. Get their early for this popular first Sunday event. The last seating is at 8:30 pm.
