Delysia Chocolatier opened their gorgeous new culinary center on October 19th. During the grand opening guests were treated to delectable handmade chocolates that paired beautifully with carefully selected wines, bubbles and Tito\’s vodka cocktails inspired by Delysia Chocolates. The culinary center will host a variety of cooking classes and other exciting events.

Proprietor Nicole Patel greeted guests and shared some exciting new flavors of her artisanal gourmet chocolates and truffles to include an amazing truffle with Con\’ Olio\’s white peach balsamic vinegar. Just in time for the autumn and winter holidays Delysia has created pumpkin spice and eggnog truffles. My personal favorite is the Asian collection which includes wasabi, coconut and five spice truffles.

Tito\’s Vodka representatives served a fun Tito\’s punch and the wine savvy Chef Chozet showcased several wonderful wines from William Chris Vineyards. I enjoyed and highly recommend both the berry forward 2013 Emotion and the effervescent 2013 sparkling rose from William Chris.
