cheese served with fig & pistachio mostarda, rustic italian bread from Italic |
For our antipasti we chose the cheese served with fig & pistachio mostarda served with Italian bread. The chewy rustic bread, earthy cheese, smooth tasty fig and tangy pistachio mostarda pair beautifully with a glass of rose.

Seared Calamari olives, blood oranges, mint, escarole, almonds from Italic |
For our primi we opted for the seared calamari. This pleasantly unique dish has lightly charred calamari, green olives, blood oranges, mint, escarole and almonds. The delightful flavors of citrus, nutty and olive works well with the perfectly prepared tender calamari.

Bucatini all’amatriciana pork belly, tomato, red chili flakes, pecorino from Italic |
We couldn\’t dine at this shiny new Italian restaurant without indulging in their fresh made pastas! For our entree we ordered the savory bucatini all’amatriciana. The thick perfectly cooked noodles are topped with pieces of rich pork belly, fresh tomato and flavored to perfection with red chili flakes & pecorino. Italic offers smaller portions of their pastas for the lighter appetite and it allows guests to try multiple dishes.
