I recently made cupcakes with Stubborn Foodie carrot cake and Stubborn Foodie cream cheese frosting and loved it! The first thing I noticed was how amazing the cake batter smells (I may have had a bite before it made it to the cupcake pan). Both the cake & frosting taste incredible, there are only a few quick steps and it makes for minimal cleanup. The instructions are easy to follow, simply:
1. Stir and pour Stubborn Foodie batter into a pan.
2. Bake (17-22min/350° for 12 cupcakes and 27-33/350° for 9” round pan).
3. Frost with your choice of Stubborn Foodie Chocolate Frosting or Cream Cheese Frosting.
