Stubborn Foodie Carrot Cake Batter and Stubborn Foodie Cream Cheese Frosting

Full Disclosure: I received a free sample of Stubborn Foodie Batter and Frosting. All opinions are my own.

Locally owned Stubborn Foodie launched their delicious ready-made cake batters and frostings at Wheatsville Co-op on South Lamar. Stubborn Foodie is made with high quality ingredients containing no GMOs, no preservatives, fair trade cocoa powder, grass-fed butter and cage-free eggs.

Stubborn Foodie Cake Batter & Frosting

I recently made cupcakes with Stubborn Foodie carrot cake and Stubborn Foodie cream cheese frosting and loved it! The first thing I noticed was how amazing the cake batter smells (I may have had a bite before it made it to the cupcake pan). Both the cake & frosting taste incredible, there are only a few quick steps and it makes for minimal cleanup. The instructions are easy to follow, simply:

1. Stir and pour Stubborn Foodie batter into a pan.
2. Bake (17-22min/350° for 12 cupcakes and 27-33/350° for 9” round pan).
3. Frost with your choice of  Stubborn Foodie Chocolate Frosting or Cream Cheese Frosting.

Founder Amanda Rales is excited to share her new Stubborn Foodie products with the Austin community.
