| Drinks and Eats at Yard House |
Yard House officially opened their doors this past weekend at the Domain. We attended a preview party and had the wonderful opportunity to check out the new space, enjoy some cold beverages and their delectable eats. The Yard House is spacious with a sprawling patio, wrap around bar and warm welcoming dining area.

The tap line up is impressive! The beer menu at each Yard House is different allowing each location to showcase regional and local beers. The current menu offers brews from many Austin breweries to include 4th Tap Brewing, 512 Brewing Company, Adelbert’s Brewery, Austin Beerworks, Austin Eastciders, Blue Owl Brewing, Hops & Grain, Independence Brewery, Infamous Brewing, Live Oak Brewery, Pinthouse, Oasis Texas Brewing, South Austin Brewery and Thirsty Planet Brewery. In addition, Yard House is a full bar with a nice selection of wines and they added three new regional spirits including Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whiskey, Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka and Rebecca Creek Whiskey.
The food menu is expansive with something for everyone. We sampled a variety of bites and here are some of our favorites:

| Ahi Sashimi at Yard House |
I am pleased to see Ahi Sashimi on the menu! The seared blackened tuna is served with pickled ginger, a delightful soy vinaigrette & wasabi.

| Swordfish Street Tacos at Yard House |
Yard House serves a nice variety of \”Street Tacos\” to include these delicious blackened swordfish tacos topped with crisp cabbage, cilantro, cumin crema, pico de gallo, guacamole, mango & papaya.

| Ginger Crusted Norwegian Salmon at Yard House |
I enjoyed the perfectly seasoned Ginger Crusted Norwegian Salmon on top of a wasabi mashed potatoes, snow peas, carrots and plated with a spicy peanut vinaigrette.

The Crispy Duck Wings are glazed with an amazing maple soy glaze and topped with sesame seeds, red onions and pack some heat from serrano chiles.

| Moo Shu Egg Roll at Yard House |
A Yard House team member highly recommended the Moo Shu Egg Rolls and they did not disappoint! The crisp egg rolls are stuffed with chicken, chili cream cheese, carrots, green onions, cilantro and spinach and paired with a brightly flavored sauce.
Some other favorites are the grilled burgers, BBQ Chicken Pizza, rice bowls, fresh salads and they offer a large variety of vegetarian dishes.
