Here are some of the dishes we indulged in (please note that the kitchen is very innovative and seasonal with the menu updating often):

Hot Chicken at the Townsend |
We enjoyed all the brilliant dishes we tried but the Hot Chicken was our absolute favorite! These tender North African fried chicken thighs are an explosion of wonderful flavors that are balanced nicely with crisp house-made pickles and semolina flatbread.

Roasted Beet Salad at the Townsend |
I am a sucker for a good beet salad and the Roasted Beet Salad at the Townsend did not disappoint! The delicious mix of red and golden beets topped with labneh, juicy grapefruit and served with toast was an absolute delight. I enjoyed this dish with a refreshing glass of rosé which paired perfectly.

Hamburger with Homemade French Fries at the Townsend |
The Hamburger and House-made French Fries at Townsend are on point! The burger is topped with perfectly melted American cheese, house-made pickles, mustard on a doughy bun served with a side of addicting miso ketchup. We washed this gorgeous burger down with a Live Oak Hefeweizen.

Herringbone Cocktail at the Townsend |
And a visit to Townsend would not be complete without sipping on one of their creative cocktails shake & stirred to perfection. The bar program at the Townsend is exceptional with a thoughtful wine selection, a nice offering of local beers and an extraordinary cocktail menu. This stunning cocktail is the Herringbone with Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon, Metaxa 5-Star, Cardamaro, Guignolet and aromatic bitters.
Open daily from 4pm to 2am
That trout though! Looks wonderful. Was this all on the bar menu?
