Snarf\’s Sandwiches Opens Second Austin Location

Snarf\’s, a Boulder, CO born sandwich shop, opened their second Austin location in August 2016. The sandwich shop with its quirky theme fits right into the Austin scene quiet nicely. I recently visited their newest location and was excited to learn about the secret menu. OK, maybe it is not a \”secret\” but there is a \”not on the menu\” menu available. I tried Snarf\’s 7 inch Cheesesteak with roast beef, melted American & provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms 7 onions and Snarf\’s delightful giardiniera peppers on dense flaky bread. This solid sandwich option is the ultimate comfort food.

Here is a look at the rest of the \”not on the menu\” menu all available as a 7 inch or 12 inch:

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich – This sandwich packs a little heat from Frank\’s Buffalo Hot Sauce. This game day sandwich has perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken, provolone cheese, lettuce and creamy blue cheese dressing.

The Reuben – corned beef topped with Swiss cheese, tart sauerkraut, Thousand island dressing.

Super Club – This classic club has turkey, ham, double bacon, crisp lettuce, fresh slices of tomato and mayo.

Snarf’s Supreme – this Italian themed sammie has rich marinara sauce, crumbled meatballs. pepperoni, salami, melted provolone & Swiss cheese, onions, mushrooms hot peppers and Parmesan.

German Dog – Just in time for Oktoberfest, Snarf\’s presents the German Dog. This festive dog has Hebrew National All-Beef Frank topped with crisp bacon, Swiss cheese. mayo, mustard, sauerkraut, diced onions, fresh tomato and spiced up with hot peppers & spiced up a notch with horseradish.

Big Fat Snarf – This hearty sandwich with double the meat has pastrami & corned beef, Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce & pickle.

It is noteworthy that Snarf\’s serves an enticing variety of vegetarian offerings and guest can end their meal on a sweet note with a scoop of ice cream.
