FlyWheel Sports was created by Ruth Zukerman, a legendary instructor and credited as one of the driving forces behind the indoor cycling phenomenon. FlyWheel tracks personal performance data and has exclusive in-stadium technology. Their metrics allow customers to challenge themselves. If racing against others gives guests that extra push, use the TorqBoard which measures individual performances against fellow riders. One of the perks at FlyWheel is that they provide complimentary shoes for guest to use during their ride.

Build-Your-Own Salad at Chi\’Lantro BBQ |
Chi\’Lantro BBQ put themselves on the map with their addicting Kimchi Fries but with the introduction of the \”build-your-own\” menu available at the brick-and-mortars it is easy to eat on the lighter side. We recommend the build-your-own salad with choice of fresh greens & veggies, spicy chicken for protein paired with house-made carrot ginger dressing. Make sure to ask for kimchi which is loaded with vitamins A, B, C and lactobacilli.

Thai Quinoa Salad at Flower Child |
Flower Child is the new kid on the block at the Domain Northside and is already receiving rave reviews. Flower Child\’s fundamental promise is to serve healthy food for a happy world. It means Flower Child works with ranchers who respect, protect and love their animals, their proteins are all raised naturally and their organic produce is guided by the wisdom of the Environmental Working Group. The

We recommend the fiber-rich Organic Kale salad (480K), the heart healthy Thai Cashew Quinoa (310K, 14g Protein) and when you need a little indulgence try the creamy Gluten Free Mac & Cheese (310K, 10g Protein).

Apanas has a smart concept serving as coffee shop, juice bar and serving wine/beer too. It is one of my favorite places to get some writing done in the area.
