Delicious and Easy Lunch with Parmigiano Reggiano

Parmigiano Reggiano is such a versatile ingredient that, a little can add so much to your meal. We incorporated  Parmigiano Reggiano in a few of our favorite dishes to make a delicious comforting meal. 

Roll, Tomato Basil Soup and Salad Made Better with Parmigiano Reggiano


We started off by rolling in shredded Parmesan and fresh rosemary into our favorite rolls. After the rolls finished baking, we finished the roll off with a sprinkle of Parmesan. There is nothing more comforting in the cooler months than a bowl of tomato basil soup. We topped off our soup with a basil leaf and freshly shredded Parmesan. A simple salad or Romaine can easily stand out with crisp croutons and a dusting of Parmesan cheese.
