Full Disclosure: I received a complimentary meal at Baby Greens. All opinions are my own.
This is the time of year when most throw in the towel when it comes to their New Year\’s resolutions. If living a healthier lifestyle is part of your resolutions there are many healthy restaurants and services in Austin that are there for the rescue. Convenience is one of the biggest reasons we walk away from our health goals. Baby Greens is here to help! Earlier this month I shared their 28 day challenge
offering exciting events at the restaurant to include yoga classes with Black Swan. I dined at Baby Greens recently to give their fresh salads and refreshing lemonade a try. My first impression is the bright inviting colors, welcoming patio and easy ordering make it a fun approachable dining spot.

When it comes to ordering there are several options at Baby Greens. If you are on the go they offer both drive through service and walk up service. There is also cozy patio with picnic tables if you prefer to stay for a while. The salads are generally vegetarian with the option to add a protein and any guests can opt to make any salad a wrap. In addition, Baby Greens serves up a daily soup offering, chips and drinks to pair with your favorite salads and wraps.

The Baby Greens team is quick to make recommendations on pairing dressings and the addition of strawberries to the lemonade which were all excellent recs. I chose to indulge in the vibrant Southwest Salad chock full of crips romaine topped with black bean salsa, creamy avocado, diced jicama, plump grape tomatoes, sweet corn, flavorful chicken breast, festive tortilla strips paired with a zesty lime dressing. If you fancy lemonade make sure to try their fresh lemonade with the option to add lush strawberries. In addition to lunch and dinner, Baby Greens also offers lunch catering services.
