Both Emmer & Rye and Pizzeria Vetri are excited to announce that Chef Kevin Fink is partaking in an exciting guest chef pizza collaboration at Pizzeria Vetri January 12-22 at Pizzeria Vetri. The creative collaborative pizza is the Torro pizza with confit short rib, crispy kale, hatch chili, taleggio, and mozzarella.
