Atun at Xochi

I was delighted by the Crudo offerings on the menu at Xochi! The breathtaking Atun has flash-seared tuna, cucumber, jicama, mangosteen, mole vinaigrette. I was splendidly surprised how well mole beautifully pairs with seared tuna.

I can’t resist pulpo when it’s on the menu and the Pulpo dish at Xochi did not disappoint. The dish has crispy wood-roasted octopus, tender masa pancake, brightly flavored puya pepper adobo and toasted pumpkin seeds.

The kitchen at Xochi offers a daily selection of Enchiladas topped with mole (pictured is a tomato mole), pyramid of perfectly cooked rice and black beans.
