Be More Pacific Brick and Mortar Impresses

Rufio Cocktail at Be More Pacific

Full Disclosure: I attended a complimentary dining experience at Be More Pacific. All opinions are my own.

I recently dined at Be More Pacific brick and mortar and both their cocktails and cuisine are phenomenal! Happy hour is 4 PM to 6:30 PM Tuesday through Friday offering discounts on delicious signature cocktails ($7), wines and delectable apps & snacks starting at $3. They use fresh and fun ingredients like jalapeño, mango, feta, passionfruit + more. The vibrant Rufio cocktail is beautiful as a sunset making it perfect to enjoy on their rooftop patio. This delightful concoction has mango puree, splash of grenadine and vodka.
The Lucy Lychee is a hot weather drink the speaks to me! It is a simple yet flavorful mix of lychee juice puree and vodka.
Lou Diamond Cocktail at Be More Pacific

The Lou Diamond is  a sweet & spicy tequila cocktail with passion fruit, agave, jalapeños and feta.
Gio\’s Special Lumpia Krab & CHICKcharon at Be More Pacific

Pincit Bihon at Be More Pacific

One of the lighter dishes that I could not get enough is their Pincit Bihon which is a wonderful dish of rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, opinions, green onion and choice of chicken or tofu. They have a nice rooftop patio complete with games that is perfect to take in a gorgeous Austin.

Kare Kare at Be More Pacific

Their Kare Kare is a must try. This hearty dish has brisket bok choy, long beans, eggplant in savory creamy peanut sauce on top of steamed rice and served with a side of shrimp paste.

Turon Banana & Jack Fruit in Crispy Egg Roll at Be More Pacific

Some days just call for dessert first. Have you tried Turon at Be More Pacific? This delightful dessert is perfect for sharing. It is crispy egg rolls filled with banana & jack fruit drizzled with coconut syrup.

Longganisa Tots and Adobo at Be More Pacific

On a previous visit we enjoyed the Longganisa Tots and Adobo. The most exquisite tots I have seen are these fried potatoes with white queso, homemade pork longganisa, BMP’s Spicy Banana Sauce, & green onions. The crowd pleasing Adobo is flavorful chicken leg quarters braised in a tangy savory marinade of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, & pepper served with fingerling potatoes, boiled egg, green onion garnish, with steamed white rice.
