Dine in during happy hour which is available 5pm-6:30pm Tuesday – Sunday and let Chef Andy and his team woo you with the most delectable sushi, fine cuisine and refreshing adult beverages. Here is a look at just some of the delectable happy hour bites at Soto South Lamar. My top choice is always Chef\’s Choice 5 Piece Nigiri, a stunning line up of some of their best sushi fish thoughtfully paired with the likes of yuzu foam and citrus tobiko.

I mean when carpaccio is on the menu it is a must order am i right?! The tender Wagyu Carpaccio simply melts in your mouth. This exceptional dish is plated with sesame oil, shoyu vinaigrette, micro-cilantro, fried jalepeños, pearl onions and cherry tomatoes.

Well I found my new favorite fish & chips! Chef Andy clearly had fun with this creation. Soto Fish & Chips and house made potato chips, topped with mouthwatering chopped salmon sashimi tossed in a brightly flavored lemon aioli with a dash of truffle sea salt.

Madai, also known as the celebration fish, is one of my absolute favorite fishes for sushi. The Madai Mango & Goat Cheese dish is the perfect merriment of flavors allowing the wonderful sea bream to shine.

These fun Mini Sushi Tacos are incredibly addicting! The shell is made of crispy nori which is stuffed with spicy tuna topped with a refreshing mango salsa, pickled wasabi and cilantro.

Chili Hamachi is not new the menu but it is a crowd favorite. This sashimi dish has mouth watering cuts of yellowtail plated with a garlic chili ponzu and topped with crispy scallion & fried jalapeño.

The vibrant flavors of the Seafood Ceviche will perfectly set the tone of what makes Soto shine. Their Seafood Ceviche is the perfect summery dish of cucumber, a medley of cubed sashimi, orange supreme, cherry tomatoes, serrano peppers, yuzu sorbet, yuzu tobiko and shiso.
In addition their is wonderful izakaya and tempura happy hour dishes such as the Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Spicy Soto Karange Chicken and Chashu Katsu.
