Tokyo brunch and house-infused sakes are just some the highlights at Lucky Robot. Tokyo brunch is served Saturday and Sundays from 10am-3pm. During Tokyo brunch customers can indulge in heavy fusion dishes that go well with their sake punch. Lunch offers up one of my favorite dishes, vibrant the Chirashi Bot.
Notably Lucky Robot is the first sushi restaurant serving 100% sustainable fish in Texas! They have partnerships with @montereybayaquarium & @beardfoundation @seafoodwatch Program. In addition they serve veggie & vegan sushi offerings along with sustainable saké. They do this because the Lucky Robot team truly cares about sustainability and sourcing responsibly.
