Here is a look at the artfully plated dishes that we enjoyed during our first culinary experience at 1616 Asian Fusion:
Grilled Octopus at 1618 Asian Fusion

We started off our culinary experience with the Grilled Octopus and Spring Rolls. The delicious charcoal grilled marinated baby octopus were the perfect way to begin our culinary experience. We also enjoyed the refreshing spring rolls made with shrimp & pork belly with crunchy fresh veggies, guests may also opt for grilled lemongrass pork or avocado.
Spicy Singapore Chili Lobster

Spicy Chili Singapore Lobster
Our mouths dropped in amazement as the 1618 team paraded out with the most majestic lobster dish! The exquisite Spicy Chili Singapore Lobster is a party on a plate. This dish is a live steam lobster served with an enticing signature Singapore chili sauce that we could not get enough of.
Vietnamese Crispy Striped Bass at 1618 Asian Fusion
The Vietnamese Crispy Striped Bass is a true stunner. This beauty is as equally delicious. The dish is a whole fresh batter striped bass, plated with mango and a delightful lemon fish sauce.
Banana Leaf Spicy Steam Salmon at 1618 Asian Fusion
The Banana Leaf Spicy Steam Salmon (gluten free) is easily a dish I could eat daily. It is on the lighter side and seriously deliver on flavor. The perfectly balanced dish has fresh salmon marinated in panang sauce with bell pepper, kaffir leaf, yellow onion wrapped in banana leaf.
