1618 Asian Fusion which soft opened late 2019 is celebrating with a cultural celebration and dinner! The celebratory event is happening Friday, January 31st. The evening will include a Special Dinner Service Feat. Half-Price Menu Specials, Complimentary Passed Bites, Cultural Performances From Across Asia, Live Local Music & More.
I dined at 1618 Asian Fusion and can attest that the restaurant is one of the best meals I enjoyed in 2019! Their attention to detail, generous sharable dishes, topnotch service is absolutely incredible.
The restaurant will be accommodating walk-in guests from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the celebratory evening will pay homage to the restaurant’s cultural roots while featuring half-price menu specials, complimentary bites, cultural entertainment, live music and much more. Alongside its regularly available, pan-Asian menu, 1618 will offer diners a variety of delicious Grand Opening-only specials including a select menu of discounted signature items and complimentary passed bites. Providing guests a taste of each category of 1618’s menu, the Grand Opening Menu will include half-price, a-la-carte selections from each of its five main sections: appetizers, noodle soups, entrées “from the sky,” entrées “from the land” and entrées “from the sea.” Notable highlights from this special half-price menu include:

The Thai Temple Dancers will delight guests with their traditional Thai dancing; the Summit Lion Dance team will entertain with the art of lion dancing; and The Love of China School of Dance with elegant ribbon-dancing.
