Fitness Classes Move to a Virtual Format Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic

Well Sheeeet got real this week in Austin and all over the world with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our fitness community responded quickly with innovative virtual workout classes! My routine has been out of whack the past few days and I find routine is what will help us cope and focus on the things that we do have  control of.

Here is a growing list of virtual fitness classes to keep us grounded and moving:

@trufusion_southaustin, currently offering several classes throughout the day via Instagram Live and Facebook Live

@brookeweinst, virtual dance party Live 8:30pm CST (check her IG in case schedule is updated)

@oakandlotusyoga, sign up via @mindbody app at least 30 minutes prior and they will email you the link to join the class

@trybeyoga, sign up via the link in their bio prior to class and they will email you the link to join the class
