WHAT: Gulf Coast comfort food truck Huckleberry is moving minutes down the road to Still
Austin Whiskey Co. On the heels of the business’ two year anniversary, owners
Melinda Reese and Davis Turner are excited to expand hours, opening for lunch
and eventually weekend brunch, as well as adding new Southern-inspired dishes
to the array of sustainable seafood mainstays.
Guests can expect favorites like the Gulf Coast fish and shrimp sandwiches,
smash burgers and fish platters and seasonal sides like fried green tomatoes and
watermelon salad. Chef Davis Turner will lean into his roots and experience,
adding meatloaf patty melts, pimento cheese dips and rotating specials.
Together with the Still Austin Whiskey Co. team, Huckleberry will be able to host
full service catering events showcasing the full breadth of the Huckleberry
Hospitality portfolio at Still’s onsite private event space. Submit information for
