Swift\’s Attic is not sushi nor Japanese fare but they do serve one of my favorite raw dishes. The Maine raw diver scallops tiradito is simply divine. Delicate raw diver scallops are placed upon a light cucumber sorbet. The flavors are complimented with Himalayan sea salts and the plate is drizzled with aji amarillo.
Make sure to save some room for dessert. Both popcorn and a movie and the chocolate six ways are worth saving some room for.
