Soliel is one of the newish places that opened at the Oasis complex. Boasting a seasonal raw bar and the recent addition of Chef David Burton Sanchez, formerly of Apetite, this restaurant is not to be missed.
One of my favorite happy hour items are the shrimp sliders. The shrimp sliders are made of fresh shrimp and topped with a crisp coriander horseradish slaw.

During happy hour gulf oysters are $.50 a half shell served with all the fixings.

For the wine lover\’s they not only have an extensive wine list but also serve a wine taster plate that consists of cured salami meats, Artisan cheeses, dried fruit and candied nuts.

Soleil launched a new happy hour that runs all day Sundays and Tuesdays and 4pm-7pm Wednesdays-Saturdays.
Soliel has live music Wednesdays and Thursdays and chef specials Tuesdays through Wednesdays such as steak, lobster and two sides for $29.95. Live music, best view of the sunset in Austin, a patio sippers to pair with phenomenal dishes…what are you waiting for?!
