| Vegetarian Paella at FINO Austin |
FINO Restaurant Patio and Bar has impressed Austin diners for several years. Their breezy patio is the perfect place to enjoy brunch and happy hour. My personal favorite day to dine at FINO is paella night. Paella night is offered every Tuesday. Guests can enjoy their choice of paella at 1/2 price. Start off with one of their signature tapas like the muhummara and then order the seafood or vegetarian paella which is perfect for sharing.
FINO will be closing their doors after brunch service on April 19th 2015 and is going out with a bang. They will be serving their incredible brunch with $3 mimosas. I recommend the nicoise salad with Spanish tuna or the decadent eggs benedict with caramelized onions and rich black pepper hollandaise sauce.
FINO, you will be missed my friend. I look forward to the opening of their new concept CANTINE at the Lamar Union complex later this year.
