Flyrite Dining Room |
We stopped in and previewed what Flyrite has to offer and were thoroughly impressed. The menu suites most diets with warm perfectly crisp chicken sandwiches, Gluten Free friendly options, several enticing vegetarian menu items and lighter healthier options like fresh salads with grilled chicken. They also support their fellow local businesses by serving Cuvee Coffee and pouring some of Austin\’s best Texas beers to include a Hops & Grain Greenhouse. Have a growler to fill to take home? Flyrite has you covered there too.

Garden Salad with Chargrilled Chicken at Flyrite |
On the lighter side of things we ordered a garden salad which is a fresh mix of lettuce, sliced tomato, carrots, and red cabbage topped with moist char-grilled chicken and served with a side of house-made Asian Vinaigrette dressing.

Veggie Wrap at Flyrite |
The veggie wrap tempura cauliflower was a crowd pleaser! The wrap has lightly tempura fried cauliflower rolled in a rice paper wrap with a splendid mix of lettuce, kale slaw and fresh herb mix. The Thai chili sauce goes beautifully with this wrap.
A second location is in the works at 6539 Burnet Road and is scheduled to open this summer.
