Burn Pizza + Bar recently celebrated their one year anniversary and which coincided with the launch of their new fall menu items. We enjoyed tasting the thoughtfully created cuisine. The Caprese Grilled Butternut Squash is a delightful way to start any meal. This dish screams of fall with vibrant butternut squash, creamy goat cheese, toasted pecans, fried sage drizzled lightly in brown butter vinaigrette and lemon juice.

Like their pizza, the Grilled Roti Bread is light and allows for the entire ingredients of the dish shine through. The flatbread is stuffed with n\’duja & fontina cheese and served with both a refreshing crème fraîche and Vodka sauce on the side.

The decadent Eggs and Cheese dish has perfectly poached farm egg served with oyster mushrooms and a divine pulled mozzarella served with a side of hearty grilled bread.

The savory meatballs were a crowd favorite! This exceptional dish has exquisitely seasoned meatballs in a lovely marinara sauce topped with fontina, Parmesan and herb oil. The addition of fontina lends nutty notes to this approachable dish.

| Chicon Pizza at Burn Pizza + Bar |
There are two new pizzas to the lineup to include a steak pizza and the Chicon pizza. The Chicon (pictured above) has richly flavored pork carnitas made from braised pork butt and topped with cilantro, hot sauce and a heavenly lime crème fraîche. The steak pizza made with medium rare flank steak, fried rosemary, fingerling tomatoes, Italian salsa verde and house pulled mozzarella is the ultimate comfort food.

Burn Pizza + Bar has some noteworthy specials throughout the week. Their lunch special is any signature pizza or sandwich with a side salad & fountain drink. Happy hour is Monday – Friday from 4pm – 6pm offering $1 off pints, house wine & and wells, $2 off house cocktails and 50% off snacks.
