In the evening, Alimentari 28 is the place to enjoy happy hour and post dinner drinks with a full bar serving up craft cocktails curated by their talented bar manager Leonardo. Leonardo takes mixology to the next level. Share with him what you enjoy drinking and he will create an exceptional cocktail that you will surely enjoy. In addition to craft cocktails, the mixology bar also serves quality Italian wines and beers. Don\’t forget to save room for the home-made gelato paired with a brewed to order cappuccino!

What\’s to come? Alimentari 28 will launch a brunch menu later this spring and will add a wraparound patio with ample seating. In addition, the restaurant plans to add live music. Like Numero 28 upon entering guests are be greeted kindly by a mostly Italian staff who understand the customs and flavors of Italy offering a truly authentic feel. Both restaurants offer from-scratch items made with ingredients imported directly from Italy. Owner Bernardo Nolfo aims to provide a gathering space the Austin community offering an affordable taste of Italy full of hospitality. Upon visiting the restaurant and bakery myself, I believe Bernardo successfully delivers just that.
